I love a good mimosa! They are perfect for both brunch with some waffles, or a celebratory evening, like New Years. Just mix your favorite champagne or sparkling beverage with orange juice, we use a couple freshly squeezed Cara Cara oranges. And, there you have it, the perfect mimosa!
